INHALE, reach
the right leg back and straight

EXHALE, press
the ball of the foot into the mat, activating the leg and the
core

INHALE, reach the left leg back and
straight

EXHALE, press the ball of the foot into the mat, activating the leg and core

Breath here for three breaths,continuing to notice the grounding of the hands - especially the
inner edges of the hands (setting the hands).

Keep a strong foundation in the legs by pressing through the big toe mound and the inner heal,
while moving the heals away from each other slightly (setting the feet).
You are developing strength in your foundation in this pose.
